Yes, every referral starts with an assessment call to ascertain the level of support required and assign them to the appropriate therapist.

Payment is taken at the point of signup by credit/debit card. An invoice will be supplied upon receipt for you to pass to your accounts team

Yes, please get in touch with the team to have an invoice raised for bank payments.

Yes, we provide counselling services inline with XXX standards, ensuring client confidentiality. Our workplace reports provide only a summary of actions and advisory on next steps so you’re informed.

If you’re near one of our clinics, sessions can be run in person, but many of our workplace clients prefer the convenience of online delivery.

Sessions are assigned to a client and are not transferable.

Yes, additional sessions can be purchased in blocks of 4 for £200inc VAT
