1. First Session Payment
A payment of:
Senior Standard £79
Senior Concession £69
Junior Standard £49
is required to secure your first counselling session following assessment.
This payment becomes non-refundable once your first session has been booked with a therapist.
2. Assessment Stage
The assessment stage is free of charge and designed to help us understand your needs and match you with a suitable therapist.
If, following assessment, you choose not to proceed with booking your first session or we are unable to allocate a suitable therapist, your payment for the first session will be refunded in full within 30 days.
3. What the First Session Fee Covers
The first session payment covers both your initial counselling session and administrative costs associated with therapist allocation, scheduling, and onboarding.
After the first session, you will only be charged the standard session fee. No additional administrative charges will apply for ongoing sessions.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule or delay your first session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or failure to attend will result in the loss of your session fee.
5. Ongoing Sessions
All ongoing sessions are charged on a Pay As You Go basis, payable at the start of each session via card or secure payment link.
