Emma is a highly experienced therapist who specialises in supporting individuals facing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, and low self-esteem.
She also brings a deep understanding of the emotional challenges associated with chronic health conditions and neurodivergence.
Emma works integratively, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Psychodynamic approaches to help clients make sense of their experiences and develop practical, empowering strategies for coping. At the heart of her practice is a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where clients can freely explore and process their thoughts and emotions.
With a strong background in the charity sector, Emma has supported individuals dealing with substance use, offending behaviour, and complex mental health needs. This diverse experience has given her a holistic and empathetic lens through which she views every client's story.
Emma is also passionate about providing affirming and inclusive therapy for members of the LGBTQ+ community. She recognises the unique challenges faced by individuals with diverse gender identities and sexual orientations and is committed to creating a space where they feel seen, respected, and supported.
Her goal as a therapist is to empower individuals to build resilience, foster self-understanding, and move toward a more fulfilling, meaningful life. Emma offers a grounded, insightful presence and walks alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
