Emma is a calm, gentle, and creative therapist who works children and young people navigating anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, and feelings of being misunderstood or stuck.
She understands how lonely and confusing life can feel, especially when it’s hard to find the words to describe what’s going on inside.
Emma offers a person-centred approach to their sessions, integrating attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. She creates a safe, pressure-free space where clients can exist as themselves, without masking or feeling judged. Sessions move at the child's pace and often include creative methods such as art, crafts, play, and games to help explore emotions in ways that feel accessible and natural.
With lived experience, Emma brings empathy and authenticity to navigating mental health, neurodiversity and how it might feel to approach therapy for the first time. Passionate about mental health advocacy, she values celebrating small wins just as much as big breakthroughs, and nurturing all parts of an individual.
Emma sees her clients as the experts in their own lives and feels privileged to walk alongside them as they grow, reflect, and rediscover their strengths.
