Our Birmingham clinic is located in the beautiful St Paul’s Square, bringing our service into the heart of the Jewellery Quarter.

The clinic reflects our mission to offer effective, professional and accessible therapeutic support to the community.

St Pauls provides a warm, friendly environment designed to offer a safe and private space for clients and their families. Excellent transport links, nearby parking options and a central location make it easy to access from across the city. Our onsite cafe makes this a great space to unwind.

On arrival, your therapist will be there to welcome you, helping you feel comfortable and supported as you begin your journey with us.

Our support

  • A young boy sits cross-legged on a gray sofa, talking to a woman who is taking notes on a clipboard during what appears to be a therapy or counseling session in a bright living room.

    Children's therapy

A gentle, play-based approach to help children express emotions, build resilience, and feel understood in a safe and supportive environment.

  • A young woman sitting on a brown leather couch, smiling, engaged in conversation with another woman who is blurred in the foreground.

    Adult therapy

Confidential support to help you manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s challenges, with a focus on personal growth and emotional wellbeing.

  • A group therapy session with three people. A woman with glasses and curly hair is talking, a man with glasses and short hair is listening, and a woman with shoulder-length brown hair is holding her hand.

    Couples therapy

A space for open, respectful conversations to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and improve connection in your relationship.

  • A woman sitting at a cluttered desk in a bright, plant-filled office, holding a tablet and a stylus, looking thoughtfully out the window.

    Workplace therapy

Professional support for individuals and teams to navigate stress, burnout, and workplace challenges, promoting mental wellbeing and resilience at work.
