Fay is a friendly, open-minded, and reliable therapist known for her warm, relatable approach. She creates a calm, private, and welcoming space where clients can explore their concerns with confidence and clarity.

With over 20 years of experience as a primary school teacher and having served as a school counsellor and mental health lead, Fay has supported many young people, including those awaiting CAMHS referrals. Her experience also extends to working with adults, offering counselling and divorce coaching for individuals facing complex relationship challenges such as infidelity, domestic abuse, and marital breakdown.

Fay draws from a wide range of therapeutic models, including Transactional Analysis, Person-Centred Therapy, Attachment Theory, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural techniques. This integrative approach allows her to tailor sessions to each client’s personality, learning style, and goals.

At the heart of Fay’s work is the therapeutic relationship itself - grounded in empathy, trust, and respect. She is especially passionate about helping clients explore their relationship patterns, improve communication, and navigate emotional difficulties in order to build stronger, more fulfilling connections.

Fay understands how difficult it can be to seek support, particularly for relationship issues. She offers a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to make positive, lasting change in their lives.
