Known for her relational style, Alice is an integrative therapist who supports people taking their first steps into therapy - especially those who are used to coping on their own.

Many of her clients appear to be managing on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand.

Alice often works with individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. Her clients may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulties with boundaries, or repeating unhelpful relationship patterns. Frequently, they arrive at a point where their usual ways of coping no longer feel effective, leaving them unsure how to move forward.

She offers a calm, non-judgemental space where clients can slow things down and speak openly, without needing to justify or explain themselves. Therapy with Alice is a space that is solely for the client-separate from the expectations and pressures of everyday life.

Alice works integratively, drawing primarily on Gestalt, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches. She tailors therapy to each individual, exploring how past experiences, including childhood or earlier trauma, continue to shape present-day feelings, relationships, and coping strategies. She also pays close attention to the present moment, including how emotions are experienced in the body, particularly when feelings feel overwhelming or difficult to name.

Her therapeutic style is relational, compassionate, and curious. Alice places strong value on the therapeutic relationship, recognising it as a powerful space where meaningful patterns can emerge and healing can begin. Humour, creativity, and reflection are always welcome, and sessions move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, without pressure to have everything figured out.
