Danielle is a warm, approachable therapist who offers a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to share what’s really going on, without fear of criticism or the need to put on a brave face.
Known for her down-to-earth, relatable style, Danielle’s sessions often feel like a comfortable conversation - where warmth, honesty, and even humour make it easier to talk about difficult topics. She works with an integrative approach, combining person-centred therapy with CBT. This allows space to reflect on thoughts, feelings, and experiences while also developing practical strategies to manage anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges.
Many of Danielle’s clients arrive in therapy feeling stuck, anxious, or unfulfilled, even when “nothing is technically wrong.” They may be questioning their relationships, feeling unhappy at home, anxious about the future, or contemplating big life changes such as separation or starting over. Danielle helps individuals to explore these feelings honestly and begin to make decisions that feel authentic and right for them.
Taking a collaborative approach, Danielle gets to know each of her clients - their hopes, and what matters most to them. Early sessions focus on building trust and creating safety, allowing them to open up at their own pace. Over time, clients often find room not only to process difficult emotions but also to laugh, reflect, and begin to imagine what life could look like if it felt lighter and more fulfilling.
Danielle’s own life-changing experience with counselling inspired her to become a therapist. Today, she feels privileged to support her clients’ resilience and growth as they find their way forward.
